Call us ambitious – but we feel it is high time a bedside menu has a better bedside manner. Because St. Charles’ Food Services team aims to appeal to you as well as nourish you, we have created a menu that rivals the offerings of our region’s finest restaurants.

Chocolate Torte. Northwest Salmon cobb salad. Mediterranean scramble. Whenever possible, we use all-natural meats and organic vegetables as ingredients, often selecting from the produce available at our on-site farmer’s market. Our updated menu incorporates more contemporary-style items and even includes a page dedicated to the vegetarian appetite.

It is no wonder that our food service has earned recent patient satisfaction scores of 97% when ranked in comparison to other hospitals across the nation.  

How to Order Your Meal

You will find your menu at your bedside. Mealtime ordering is 24-hours a day; “specials” are offered during traditional mealtimes, and most standard menu items are available around the clock.

Place your order by calling (541) 382-4321 ext. 7182. It is important that we talk to you personally to make sure you get your choices in accordance to the diet your physician has ordered.

Food For Family and Friends

Your guests may enjoy their meals in either the Cascades Café or the Corner Deli – both of these in-house restaurants offer sit-down dining and grab-and-go items.

The Cascades Café features daily meat, seafood and vegetarian entrée selections, made-to-order pasta dishes, gourmet pizza, grill specials, an extensive salad bar and wonderful house made dessert and bakery items.

Located on the second floor, open every day from 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Breakfast:6:30 a.m. to 10 a.m.
Lunch: 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Dinner: 4 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

The Corner Deli offers house made soups, tossed-to-order salads, panini sandwiches, wraps, fresh fruit smoothies, specialty bakery items, an espresso bar and delicious grab-and-go items.

Located on the first floor, open Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
