When You Arrive

Whether you seek wheelchair assistance, a hospital map, or just a friendly hello our Guest Services Hosts will greet you and help you find your way around our facilities.

Guest Services Hosts hours are as follows:

• Main Entrance: Monday through Friday, 6 a.m. - 9 p.m.
• Surgery Center: Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
• The Heart Center: 7 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

At Admittance

In each department, the Patient Access Team will help you with registration, paperwork and billing questions at the time of your admittance.

Personal Items

You will find amenities at our Gift Store and toiletries at our , but a few personal items can certainly make you visit more comfortable. Here’s a list of some items you may wish to bring from home.

Items to Bring for Your Visit:

• A prepaid calling card for long-distance telephone calls; cell phone are also permitted in most areas of the hospital.
• Sleepwear, including robe and slippers.
• Sturdy, flat-soled shoes; loose and stretchy clothing; separate clothes for your return home.
• Razors, curling irons and blow dryers are the only electrical items you may bring to the hospital; in the Critical Care Unit, only electric razors are allowed.

Please do not bring: jewelry and other valuables. The hospital is not responsible for lost personal items. Valuables that you inadvertently bring and which cannot be sent home with a family member or friend will be collected and kept in a safe in the Business Office.
