While it's comforting to know AirLink is always ready, investing annually in an AirLink membership is a smart way to ensure you and your loved ones receive superior care and transport at an affordable cost. 

Benefits of Membership

Few families realize that emergency air transportation can easily cost between $11,000 and $25,000, which may not be covered in full by your health insurance plan. An AirLink membership offsets the charges for emergency air transportation by protecting yourself and loved ones from large out-of-pocket expenses. Benefits extend to all permanent residents of your household that are listed on your membership records.

Thanks to reciprocal agreements with our regional air transport partners, an AirLink membership extends your protection by being honored by nine reciprocal air medical flight programs located in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Wyoming, Nevada and California.

AirLink also offers memberships for ground ambulance services in select areas. Our FireMed ground partners are certified emergency medical personnel who specialize in advanced trauma care. FireMed member households are covered by over 80 FireMed affiliates located throughout the state of Oregon.

AirLink memberships may be purchased alone, in combination with a FireMed ground membership (where available) or you may enroll as a FireMed member alone (where available).

Cost to Join

An annual AirLink membership costs only $50 per household or $100 for two years. A combination AirLink and FireMed membership (where available) costs $90 for one year or $180 for two years. A standalone annual FireMed membership (where available) costs $50 and $100 for two years.

AirLink and FireMed lifetime memberships are also available for $1,000 each.

Directions: Use the St. Charles main entrance off of Neff Road (traffic light at Medical Center Drive) and follow signs toward the emergency department.

 

Hours of operation
Flight operations: Open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Membership office (Bend): 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Membership office closed on major holidays.
