AirLink CCT

AirLink CCT is an emergency and critical care air ambulance service. AirLink provides service to Central and Eastern Oregon and has three bases of operation:
- Helicopter base at St. Charles Bend
- Airplane based at the Bend Airport
- Airplane based at the La Grande Airport
Key programs and technologies
AirLink is an air ambulance service providing highly trained pilots and medical personnel to respond to patients needing emergency or critical care transport throughout Central and Eastern Oregon. Each aircraft is staffed by a full-time pilot, a critical care nurse and a respiratory therapist with advanced training in heart, trauma and emergency care. A nurse specializing in the care of expectant mothers and newborns is also available.
AirLink offers a membership program (annual fee: $50). If a covered individual requires AirLink services, membership would cover out-of-pocket expense for the member and eligible family after-insurance payment.
AirLink also offer memberships for ground ambulance services in selected areas. AirLink membership may be purchased in a combination package with ground memberships (where available).

Directions: Use the St. Charles main entrance off of Neff Road (traffic light at Medical Center Drive) and follow signs toward the emergency department.
Hours of operation
Flight operations: Open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Membership office (Bend): 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Membership office closed on major holidays.
