Service Team

Our team of emergency physicians, nurse practitioners and physician's assistants is prepared to treat a large variety of medical conditions that require swift and effective treatment. Our 24-hour immediate medical care is provided by Central Oregon Emergency Physicians.

Registered nurses in the Emergency Department are specially trained to provide trauma care to adults and children. In addition, St. Charles Bend offers Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (SANE) nurses who are trained to provide physical and emotional care to victims of sexual abuse.

Social workers are available at the Emergency Department to provide counseling to patients and family members who are impacted by traumatic injury, sexual abuse, domestic violence, life-threatening illness, loss of a loved one or other crises.

Ground ambulance and AirLink air ambulance are available for patients who need to be transferred from the Emergency Department to other medical facilities.
