At Your Service with Fine Dining
At St. Charles Bend we recognize and value the role of food in the healing process. Our talented Culinary Caregivers have dedicated themselves to providing patients and the public with a variety of fresh, prepared to order, nutritious menu choices. Our goal is to serve food and provide room service that rivals offerings from fine dining restaurants in the region.
We serve natural meats, including buffalo and organic fruits and vegetables whenever possible. During the summer we purchase ingredients from the Farmers Market, which takes place on our campus every Friday. The Culinary Services Team is proud of our role at St. Charles. We look forward to serving you.
Our Outpatient Nutrition Counseling services are available for patients needing help with a prescribed diet or counseling on nutrition- and food-related issues.
Award-winning Total Room Service
St. Charles food and nutrition services also offers patients our award-winning, 24-hour "Total Room Service" meal service program. Patients can request meals and beverages from Room Service at any hour, seven days a week. Our goal is to prepare your meal to your specifications and deliver it in a timely manner.

The Cascades Cafe with Cascade Mountain Views
The Cascades Cafe provides a wide range of food and beverage options at affordable prices. Located on the second floor, the Cascades Cafe offers award-winning restaurant design and outstanding mountain views that provide patients and the public with a relaxing break.
The Corner Deli is Upscale Gourmet
The Corner Deli provides gourmet breakfast and lunch items such as fresh-baked scones, muffins and bagels, wraps, panini sandwiches, hand-tossed salads, smoothies and soups made fresh every day. Conveniently located just off the main lobby, the Corner Deli has a cozy, upscale coffee-house atmosphere for both patients and the public to enjoy.

St Charles Catering offers an extensive variety of menus and services for business meetings, conferences, training seminars, award ceremonies and sit-down meals.
Our catering menu offers extensive selections of breakfast, lunch, dinner, hors d'oeuvres and break and snack menus, prepared by our talented culinary staff and served with eye-catching flare. We are happy to customize a menu to meet your needs for personal preference, dietary restrictions, or cultural preferences.
