- Neurological disorders (nervous system)
Pediatric: Our tiniest patients give us the chance to perform the greatest miracles with extraordinary care for infants and children. Our team of pediatric physicians and cardiologists has additional training in caring for very sick children.
General medical: For patients who are critically ill with any number of medical problems and complications, we offer the highest level of specialization in surgery, treatment and close monitoring. Our compassionate team physicians and critical care nurses treat patients whose lives are in need of the most immediate and intensive care, and need specialized medical attention and technology.
Acute Hemodialysis: Hemodialysis is the filtering of blood in a patient whose kidneys have failed or are not functioning properly. Our state-of-the-art hemodialysis machine acts like an artificial kidney that cleans and filters the patients own blood as it continuously pumps it through their body for a prescribed number of hours. A board certified nephrologist (kidney doctor) will prescribe hemodialysis for patients who have had surgery and require dialysis while staying at the hospital. ICU patients who unexpectantly need dialysis due to their critical condition will also receive this acute treatment.
