Family-Centered Care for the Region
Our Mother and Child Services department at St. Charles Bend provides quality care for mothers, infants and children in the region.
We offer a comprehensive range of services for mothers and infants at our newly-expanded Family Birthing Center and Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). We care for children of all ages in our private and state-of-the-art Pediatrics unit.
At St. Charles we believe families who visit Mother and Child Services have three basic needs:
- The need for information
- The need for support and reassurance
- The need to be near their child
We are committed to meeting those needs in a safe and healing environment. All of our patient areas were designed with a family's comfort in mind from the private family stay room in the NICU to our safe and child-friendly rooms in our locked Pediatrics wing. Family-centered care is at the heart of what we do.
