- Acute Rehabilitation
While in the hospital a team of physical, occupational, and speech language therapists provides services per physician requests.
- Inpatient Rehabilitation Center
Region's only Inpatient Rehabilitation Center, located on Bend campus, is an 18-bed in-house unit for those with neurologic injuries and disorders and multiple trauma.
- Home Health Care
Our top-rated Home Health Care Department offers treatment during the transitional period after a hospital stay.
- Outpatient Rehabilitation Center
Conveniently located on the main campus, the St. Charles Outpatient Rehabilitation Centeruses an integrated approach to your on-going care, specializing in rehabilitation of children and adults, with emphasis on neurological and balance and dizziness disorders.

In response to demand, Inpatient Rehabilitation Center at St. Charles Medical Center Bend is expanding. In order to serve our local and regional patients better, the doors to additional 6 inpatient rehabilitation beds opened January 2008.
