Volunteer Services at St. Charles Bend

St. Charles Bend offers many rewarding opportunities for volunteers ages 16 and older. Volunteers typically contribute three or more hours a week, although more flexible positions also are available. The partnership of caring volunteers and dedicated staff helps us meet both the medical and emotional needs of patients.

Volunteer Opportunities

Volunteers are needed for a variety of jobs including:

• Delivering mail and flowers to patients
• Greeting and assisting visitors
• Comforting families waiting for patients in surgery
• Discharging patients
• Performing hearing screenings on newborns
• Providing activities for adults with memory-loss
• Assisting with clerical projects
