Sixth Annual Mountain View Hospital Foundation Golf Classic
The Mountain View Hospital Foundation (MVHF), a 501(c)3 not-for-profit, is excited to announce that the sixth annual Golf Classic will be held at the Crooked River Ranch Golf Course on September 26, 2008, with a 9 a.m. Shotgun start.
The MVHF Golf Classic continues to be an event that benefits the community. This year proceeds from the golf classic will be dedicated to the Community Health Improvement Partnership (CHIP), a program dedicated to making Jefferson County the healthiest community in the state.
“Events such as this are only possible through the participation and sponsorship of generous individuals and organizations in the community,” stated Jill Sansom, Executive Director of the MVHF. “The team fee of $500 or individual golfer fee of $150 includes green fees, driving range, cart, lunch and awards.”
In addition to golfing participants, the MVHF is seeking sponsors for the event. Currently, we have many levels of sponsorship opportunities available including; Eagle Sponsor; Birdie Sponsor; Golf Ball Sponsor; Hole Sponsor and Goodie Bag Sponsor.
This year the MVHF’s goal is to raise $50,000 in support of the CHIP program.
