Our Living Center is designed to help residents live life to the fullest in a safe and up-to-date home-like environment.

Our licensed, trained and certified staff works hard provide quality medical care in a comfortable and homelike setting. Our daily activity program brings out the best in our residents and helps them to enjoy life and function to their maximum capabilities.

Long Term Care

Located on the hospital campus, the Living Center provides a full range of services:

  • Skilled nursing care - We help residents recover from an illness or injury and return to their prior home setting. The goal is to get patients back on their feet and teach them how to successfully manage their own treatment plan.
  • Intermediate ­ long-term nursing care is available to help residents with their daily needs‹dressing, bathing, eating, and mobility and to help them reach and maintain their highest possible level of functioning.

Full-range of Services

Our residents have access to the full range of services; offered by Mountain View Hospital, as they need them:

  • All therapies, including Physical Therapy, Respiratory Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy  
  • Radiology, Ultrasound, CT scan, Mammography, Dexascan, X-rays, MRI
  • Medical Laboratory
  • Registered Dietitian
  • Emergency Room and Urgent Care Clinic
  • Hospice Care
  • Social Services/MSW

Our caregivers and social services are able to assist with paperwork and other formalities.

Living Center residents have access to all of the hospital services such as quality control and infection control, etc. The patient does not have to be taken from their home environment to get services such as imaging, lab etc... because these services can be delivered to the bedside. The ER is available 24/7.  Environmental Services staff provides daily room cleaning for residents.
