What is Radiology?
Radiology (also known as "imaging") is an area of medicine that enables physicians to "see" inside the human body in order to diagnose and monitor disease. Radiology covers a wide range of techniques including CT, ultrasound, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI ), and interventional radiology.

Radiology Technologists
Providing advanced services close to home
All of our Imaging services are performed by Radiologic Technologists that have received registry status through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). They are also licensed through the state of Oregon as technologists. Most of our staff also achieved advanced certifications and licensures in other imaging modalities to further specialize their technical expertise.
Our Imaging services are interpreted by board certified, sub-specialty trained, Radiologists through Central Oregon Radiology Associates (CORA). CORA physicians interpret images from Central and Eastern Oregon using a state of the art pictorial archiving communication system (PACS). These Radiologists pride themselves on delivering high quality interpretations in a timely manner, which allows your immediate healthcare provider to plan your course of care faster.
State-of-the-art Imaging Services
Our Imaging Department uses state-of-the-art diagnostic and equipment to handle nearly all imaging needs for our patients. Our department also uses cutting edge mammography technology. We work to keep our patients healthy by mailing annual reminders for screenings and mammograms may be self-ordered by the patient.
