Help at the Press of a Button

Lifeline is an affordable, easy-to-use medical alert service and equipment designed to reduce the risk of living alone. A Personal Help Button worn as a necklace or bracelet gives peace of mind and security because you can get immediate access to medical help at the press of a button.
In the event of a fall or emergency, or even if you just want to chat, Lifeline's caring and highly-trained professionals will instantly respond every time the Personal Help Button is pressed, day or night. If you need emergency services, they can dispatch assistance, retrieve relevant medical information from your profile, alert family or neighbors, and send emergency services if needed.

How Lifeline Works

Lifeline can not only protect your life, it can preserve your cherished way of life by giving you the confidence to continue living in your own home.

If you ever need help:

  • Simply push your Personal Help Button
  • Your CarePartner Basic Unit or telephone is activated and automatically dials the Lifeline Response Center.
  • Trained personal response associates, who have instant access to your complete profile, will contact you immediately to see what help you need.
  • Even if you can't answer, Lifeline sends help at once.

Lifeline gives you the ability to:

  • Access prompt, caring attention at the touch of a button.
  • Create your own list of personal responders, such as family or neighbors.
  • Answer incoming telephone calls by pressing the Personal Help Button.
  • Receive up to six personalized voice reminder recordings (recordable unit required), which can also be recorded remotely and set to play daily, once a week or just once.

Lifeline's personal medical alert service and equipment options make it easy to select the safety and convenience features that work best for you.

We encourage you to learn more about Lifeline medical alert services and equipment or call PMH Lifeline at (541) 447-2510, the PMH Home Health office, for pricing and more information.
