Prineville Hospital Foundation has been proudly supporting Crook County’s community hospital since 1981. Money donated to PHF goes towards the purchase of much needed medical equipment and capital improvements.

Annual Membership Drive

Since 1981 Prineville Hospital Foundation has held an annual membership drive to support the important work that we do. The Foundation receives no tax dollars and relies on the community for contributions and donations to meet our annual fundraising goals. We invite you to become a Foundation member for just $100 a year.

Prineville Hospital Foundation, established in January of 1981, accepts gifts all year long and strives to recognize those community members and businesses that contribute to our facility and our fundraising endeavors. The commitment to healthcare that we share with our community leaders is appreciated, and we are grateful for the generous contributions that help to expand our facilities and provide state-of-the-art medical equipment.
