This website is one avenue for CHC's 'transparency commitment' to keep the public informed about what we do well and also where we need to improve. We will use the best data we have available and focus whenever possible on standard national metrics that provide regional and national comparisons. This website will be under constant construction as we add more and more information, update data periodically and refine our reports to best meet your needs.

What's new this quarter? 

  • Patient satisfaction: updated with 4th quarter 2007 data. Added home health satisfaction scores. Added a 'preview' of SCMC-Redmond's national hospital patient satisfaction comparisons that will be posted in late June on www.hospitalcompare.hhs.gov.

    • Heart attack, heart failure, pneumonia, and surgical care: updated with 3rd quarter 2007 data.
    • Hospital-acquired infections: updated with 2007 data.
