Education for the Whole You

Our goal with community education is to help people be better prepared to make informed decisions about their personal health and the health of family members. As people take more responsibility for their self-care, they will not only improve their overall health, but also their longevity and quality of life.

In almost all of the classes and events we offer, we strive for an integrated mind-body-spirit connection. This deeper level of awareness helps people to internalize the learning so they can make better lifestyle choices on their own in their everyday life. Our holistic approach brings together all the components of a healthy lifestyle – nutrition, exercise and movement, psychosocial support, inner self connection, spirituality and education.
