'At Your Service' with Fine Dining
At St. Charles Redmond we recognize and value the role of food in the healing process. Our passionate Culinary Caregivers have dedicated themselves to providing patients and the public with a variety of fresh, prepared to order, nutritious menu choices. Our goal is to serve food and provide room service that rivals offerings from fine dining restaurants in the region.
We serve natural meats, including buffalo and organic fruits and vegetables whenever possible. During the summer we purchase ingredients from the Farmers Market, which takes place on our campus every Monday. The Culinary Services Team is proud of our role at St. Charles Redmond. We look forward to serving you.
Our Outpatient Nutrition Counseling services are available for patients needing help with a prescribed diet or counseling on nutrition- and food-related issues.
Room Service
St. Charles food services also offers patients "Room Service" meal program. Patients can request meals and beverages from Room Service between 6:30 a.m.-7 p.m. seven days a week. Our goal is to prepare your meal to your specifications and deliver it in a timely manner.

The Red Rock Café
The Red Rock Café provides a large variety of food and beverage options, from upscale gourmet to more traditional everyday cuisine. We offer fresh baked pastries and gourmet cakes made by our talented pastry chef. A variety of, wraps, panini sandwiches, and soups are made fresh every day. The Red Rock Café has a cozy, atmosphere for both patients, guests and employees to relax and enjoy a hand crafted culinary adventure. Be sure to enjoy our garden seating available during warm weather.

St Charles Catering offers an extensive variety of menus and services for business meetings, conferences, training seminars, award ceremonies, and sit-down meals.
Our catering menu offers extensive selections of breakfast, lunch, dinner, hors d’oeuvres and break and snack menus, prepared by our talented culinary staff and served with eye-catching flare. We are happy to customize a menu to meet your needs for personal preference, dietary restrictions, or cultural preferences.
