This large and comfortable location is in The Heart Center at 2500 NE Neff Rd. located on the west side of the main hospital and near "The Center."

Hours: Monday through Friday 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Saturday 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Bend (Eastside)

2088 N.E. Kim Lane. From Neff Road, turn south on Williamson Boulevard. Take the first right onto Professional Court and the first left onto Kim Lane. The lab will be on your left.

Hours: Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Bend (Westside)

1558 S.W. Nancy Way. From Century Drive, at the roundabout that connects to Colorado Avenue, right onto Chandler Avenue. Take the first left onto Yates Drive. Take a right on Nancy Way.

Hours: Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Redmond

1553 N.W. Canal Blvd.

Hours: Monday through Friday 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
