Sleep treatment depends on individual diagnosis, but typically our program includes:

  • Q & A assessment that is answered prior to first visit
  • Comprehensive consultation
  • Thorough medical exam by a physician
  • Diagnosis
  • Recommendation for plan of care and medical equipment
  • Polysomnography (Sleep Study)
  • 2-week evaluation with respiratory therapist
  • Ongoing follow-up testing and treatment
  • Patient education

Treatment Recommendations

After a thorough exam and diagnosis, your sleep physician will go over the recommended treatment and a plan of care with you. Often, but not always, this includes a sleep study. After testing, a report will be sent to your referring physician that will explain your sleep disorder diagnosis and the treatment options that are recommended.

Treatments can include lifestyle changes, medication, weight loss, dental appliances, light therapy, ENT surgery, laser therapy, airway pressure appliances and individual body clock adjustments. We offer ongoing patient follow up and education for the best results in solving your sleep disorder.
