PMH Membership re-elects three to Board of Directors
Prineville, Ore. – Brian Barney, Randy Jones and Bonnie Sessler were re-elected to three-year terms on the Board of Directors for Pioneer Memorial Hospital at the hospital’s annual meeting Monday night. Each of the three had previously served terms as board members.
Members of the PMH Board of Directors have responsibility for management of the hospital’s physical plant and land while also serving as Advisory Board members to Cascade Healthcare Community in Bend. CHC and the PMH Board entered a 23-year lease agreement that became effective Jan. 1, 2008.
The three re-join fellow Board members Mark Severson, Chair; Vic Bartlett; Dorless Reid; Trudy Ramy; Dan Schuette and Jeff Wilson. Barney is a rancher and land developer, Jones is skilled in construction project managment and Sessler is also a rancher. Each PMH Board member takes an active role in other areas of our community.
In other business, Chris Rivard, CPA of Moss Adams in Portland, presented the financial report for the year 2007. Executive Director Don Wee reported results on performance by PMH and hospital departments, as well as patient satisfaction ratings as revealed in surveys processed by Rural Performance Management.
